I was about twenty feet behind her and I saw her yank the kids hand up real hard so his feet left the ground. She tried to pull him closer like to walk next to her. He resisted, so she whacked him with her umbrella. The nanny was wearing a yellow and green jacket with dollar signs all over it, in the design of a YSL logo bags. The kid was about 4 years old wearing a black and grey jacket with the hood pulled up over his head. He was wearing tan hiking boots. This happened 20 minutes ago near the Ottendorfer Library on 2nd (where we we were walking) near the intersection of St. Marks.
